1. Accounts and security
- Use a valid e-mail and keep your password private. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.
- Selling, purchasing, transferring or sharing accounts, impersonating another player or a staff member is prohibited.
- You may not evade restrictions through alternative accounts, VPNs, another device or other means. Related accounts may receive the same restriction.
- Report suspected account compromise immediately. Access may be temporarily restricted while ownership is verified.
2. Fair play
- Cheats, injectors, advantage-granting client modifications, macros, bots, action automation, network manipulation and launcher bypasses are prohibited.
- Do not knowingly exploit bugs, duplication methods, economy flaws or map and gameplay vulnerabilities. Stop using the issue and report it to support.
- Do not gain an advantage through alternate accounts, cooperation with an offender, transfer of illicit assets or concealment of an exploit.
- Actions intended to overload services, disrupt servers or prevent others from connecting and playing are prohibited.
3. Communication and conduct
- Real-world threats, harassment, stalking, disclosure of personal data and attempts to identify a user without consent are prohibited.
- Discriminatory abuse, hate speech, sexual harassment and promotion of violence or extremism are prohibited.
- Spam, flooding, deliberate voice disruption, malicious links, fraud and unauthorized advertising are prohibited.
- In-game conflict and PvP are allowed within project mechanics, but do not excuse abuse or other rule violations.
4. Names and user content
- Names, group names and public content must not contain abuse, discrimination, threats, sexual content, advertising or staff impersonation.
- Do not publish material that violates copyright, applicable law or third-party rights.
- Staff may remove prohibited content or require a name change. Refusal to comply is a separate violation.
5. Store and economy
- Purchases are permitted only through the official BLACKOUT DAYZ store. Selling accounts, currency, items or services for real money outside official channels is prohibited.
- Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment instruments, refund abuse and unjustified chargebacks are prohibited.
- Incorrectly credited products, balance or privileges must not be used or transferred and must be reported to support.
- A purchase does not exempt an account from the rules. A sanction does not itself create a refund right unless required by law.
6. Moderation and reports
- Follow lawful staff instructions. Deceiving staff, fabricating evidence and knowingly false reports are prohibited.
- A report should contain the offender's name, date and time, a description and available evidence. Do not publicly disclose personal information from a review.
- A sanction may be appealed through a support ticket within 14 days. Repeated appeals without new information may be closed without another review.
7. Penalties
- Minor first offence: warning, content removal or chat restriction for 1 hour to 7 days.
- Repeated or substantial offence: feature restriction or account suspension for 1 to 30 days.
- Cheating, critical exploitation, payment fraud, disclosure of personal data, real-world threats or persistent offending: permanent ban without a required prior warning.
- Illicit items, balance, statistics and privileges may be removed or rolled back.
- Severity, impact, prior history and cooperation affect the sanction. Staff may proceed directly to a stronger measure when necessary to protect the project and its users.
8. Changes
The rules may be updated when the project, law or abuse patterns change. A new version applies from the effective date shown on this page. Material changes may also be announced through official communities.
